We're hiring!! – CASUAL 20 – 30 HRS PER WEEK

Stylerunner is looking for a Customer Service superstar

You'll need to be passionate about delivering a service and experience that is nothing short of exceptional.  Customer happiness and feedback will drive you to exceed customer needs, you will need to possess experience and initiative that goes beyond standard customer service solutions.

Specifically, we’re looking for someone who is obsessed about delivering a world class customer experience, has genuine care and concern for others and gets a real kick out of delivering a great sales and service experience

 

Primary Duties:

  • Delivering world class service and support to our customers
  • Promote a proactive approach to exceeding customer expectations 
  • Manage all streams of customer communication including LiveChat, Emails & Phone Calls both inbound and outbound
  • Passion to assist customers during the purchasing journey with recommendations and advice
  • Set a positive example by demonstrating excellent attendance, productivity, company focus and incorporating our Core Values into your daily routine 
  • Continually work to gain a high level of product expertise

 

 Required Skills:

  • Obsessed about delivering a world class customer experience
  • Experience – minimum 2 years in customer service or similar
  • Possess the ability to work effectively with others in a team oriented environment 
  • Shows initiative & is a forward thinker
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills 
  • Sound computer knowledge & internet navigation skills 
  • Knowledge of industry trends, brands and styles 
  • Possess a sense of urgency and self-motivation 
  • Confident problem solver
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing always changing environment 
  • Have the ability to multi-task with excellent follow through
