We know you’ll love your latest Stylerunner purchase, however if for some reason you need to return your item we’re here to help.
- Full price items can be returned within 30 days of order receipt for a refund.
- Promotional & Sale items (items with red discount pricing or Coupon Code) can be returned within 30 days of order receipt for a refund
- Sale items marked *Final Sale* can not be returned and are ineligible for refunds or exchange subject to Australian Consumer Law.
- Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges at this time, and instead encourage you to place a new order for your desired item and return the original item for refund.
- Please Note: PayPal orders can not be returned instore
RETURNS CAN ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The Item is in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
- Footwear must be returned in the original box and soles must be unmarked. Please do not put stamps or tape on the shoe box.
- Hygiene stickers on swimwear must remain in place.
- Any sealed product such as wellness & supplements must be unopened with seal intact and in its original packaging.
- Underwear & bodysuits can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Note: All items will be inspected on return and it remains at the discretion of Stylerunner whether the item will be accepted for refund based on quality control. When trying on clothing, please refrain from doing so whilst wearing make up, fake tan or deodorant as this may mark the clothing.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM/S:
NOTE: If your order ID begins SR-, and your order was placed on or before 25/09/20. Please contact the Stylerunner Customer Experience team via the chat link below with your order number and the item/s you wish to return, and they will assist you with your return.
For all orders placed on or after 26/09/20 please follow the steps below.
- Complete the Stylerunner Returns Form via the link here
- You will then receive an email with your Return Authorisation form and shipping instructions including a returns address.
- Place the form inside your parcel along with your items.
- Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office.
Note: When returning items to our online warehouse, you are responsible for the cost of the return. It is also your responsibility to ensure the goods reach our warehouse as we cannot be responsible until they are received. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your return arrives to us safely.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt at the warehouse where possible.
Refunds will be issued via the method in which you made the original purchase:
- Credit card refunds - Please allow up to 3 - 5 business days for funds to appear in your account once processed.
- PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance immediately once processed.
- Afterpay refunds will be visible in your account within 3 - 5 business days depending on your financial institution. If you have other items on your order, the cost of the cancelled item will be deducted off future payment installments.
For international orders all of the above applies however if your item is returned due to the refusal of tax charges, Stylerunner will only refund the amount of the purchase excluding any shipping charges.
As a consumer there are certain guarantees that are made when goods are sold to you, one of which is that goods are of acceptable quality. A product is considered faulty or not of acceptable quality if it:
- Is not safe, lasting or without faults (taking into account what would reasonably be expected for the type of product and its cost);
- Does not do all the things you would reasonably expect it to or is not fit for purpose; or
- Does not match the description made by us, on packaging and labels, or via promotions or advertising.
If an item is not of acceptable quality you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. For details on acceptable quality and faulty goods, please see here. If you believe there is a fault with the item you have received, please let us know as soon as you become aware of the fault by contacting our customer service team.
